Traditional manual data collection and entry processes resulted in delayed, inaccurate, and inconsistent production data, limiting effective analysis and decision-making. The customer needed an automated, unified, and trusted production data acquisition and quality control system.
JuraProdX Data Acquisition Module was deployed to collect 80% of new well data via SCADA systems. For legacy instruments without digital interfaces, OCR-based image recognition was introduced to automatically capture meter readings and eliminate manual data entry.
